Frederico Ferreira

Frederico Moraes Ferreira is a researcher at the Department of Pathology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Experimental Physics from the São Carlos Institute of Physics at USP, where he also received his Master's and Doctor's degrees in Applied Physics. He completed his training at Advanced Photon Source, associated with the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He contributed to the development of the rheumatic fever vaccine at InCor's Immunology Laboratory and was also a professor at the Santo Amaro University School of Medicine. His scientific interests include Systems Biology and Molecular Structural Biology.
