A fisherman (“canoeiro”) from Amazonian rivers passionate about challenges in bioinformatics. Ph.D. student in Bioinformatics. Graduated with and Master in Biotechnology. He works in the area of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology applied to genomics and transcriptomics. He has experience in software development and assembly of large-scale data processing clusters and analysis using data science and machine learning.
