Bioimage analyst, judoka, knowledge enthusiast, father, and husband. Not necessarily in that order. I am a postdoctoral fellow at CSBL in projects that involve the application of machine learning algorithms for the analysis of biological images. I have a degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from UNESP and a PhD from the same institution in the area of Biotechnology. I have experience with tumor cell culture, immunofluorescence assays, image processing and analysis with ImageJ, R and Python.
